CASE STUDIES
to a brand with an engaged community, fully booked classes, paid opportunities and collabs.
from a pilates instructor with energy, ambition and expertise working for studios with a capped income…
01 — KOVE CLUB
-
Kate didn’t need someone to take social media off her hands, she needed the tools and resources to learn how she could build a brand on her own terms and give herself financial freedom by doing what she loves.
-
during our first consultation, we talked about what her dream is. this was when her acc was under 1k followers.
what she wanted was to build a community of strong, supportive and kind women who love pilates and want to move together. we mapped out a plan that started with building a brand (naming, website building, photoshoots) nailing her content creation strategy and being there 24/7 for her ideas, questions and direction.
-
today, with over 36k followers - Kate is out-earning her previous in-studio role, selling out events, and has turned her idea into a growing brand.
-
“Working with Nula was a game changer when I launched my Pilates platform, Koveclub.
In just one in-person session, she helped me take all my scattered ideas and turn them into a clear, actionable plan. She guided me in choosing the right website provider, gave me smart and practical content ideas, and helped me get things moving in the right direction. Her marketing expertise and ability to make the process feel simple and achievable gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to take the next step.
I’m so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to bring their business vision to life.”
to a fully functioning brand that ties in her heritage and her values + social strategy that keeps the leads rolling in.
from a passion to bring Reiki and holistic healing to her city…
02 — ISKRA
-
when I met Marta, she had a clear vision of what she wanted her brand to be, without a clear plan on how to get there.
she knew she wanted to create a brand that would resonate with people, and allow her to share her knowledge and passion for holistic healing.
-
through 1:1 calls, we moved through her ideas and I helped her put words to what she wanted to create.
I supported her creativity, encouraging her to trust her own instincts over anyone else’s (including mine).
we named the brand with ties to her Polish roots, it’s meaning shedding light on how she wants each client to feel when they leave her space.
each call moved us closer to the launch of her first business providing her with constant support, encouragement, and an actionable plan that we worked towards together.
-
starting with an idea — we wrapped our final call with a brand name + visual identity, completed branding, live website, social media strategy + her first organic client and the tools for Marta to continue to shape what’s next for Iskra.
-
“Nula has been such an important part of bringing Iskra Holistic to life. She was formative in helping me define my brand: taking all the ideas, feelings, and messages I had in my head and helping me shape them into something cohesive, clear, and fully representative of what I wanted Iskra to be. She helped me make sense of all the different pieces and bring them together in a way that felt intentional and authentic.
Nula is incredibly collaborative, patient and always happy to share her knowledge. As someone new to having my own business, I’ve really valued being able to ask questions, talk ideas through and have things explained to me along the way. Nula doesn’t just tell you what works; she takes the time to help you understand why, which has given me so much more confidence in making decisions for my business.
I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to help shape Iskra. Nula has brought so much thought, creativity and care to the process, and I’m so proud of what we’ve created together! ”
to a brand with UGC content, tagged photos, creators promoting their releases and affiliates generating $5k+ in sales each month
from a small business with an engaged audience…
03 — SHELTER CLOTHING
-
Shelter had an engaged audience and tagged photos here and there but no real momentum. they played around with ads and paid collabs without seeing real conversions.
-
we tapped into their community and implemented an affiliate program rewarding creators for posting, sharing and generating sales.
we took care in finding aligned creators who were excited and motivated to be part of the Shelter universe and focussed on building long term relationships.
-
less than a year later, the program has tripled and is generating four to five figure months. their audience is growing through organic tags, creative content and genuine support from their affiliates.
-
“Nula is efficient and intentional.
Through her consultation, we have gained clarity on our social direction, resulting in deliberate growth in our global community.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on our team”
to a brand with a clear mission, target demographic, content strategy + tools and a vision for the future
from a social entreprise with heart and soul but no strategy…
04 — GREEN HEART
-
Green Heart Collective knew social media was an important part of growing their non-profit but didn’t have a plan in place.
they had a team ready to take action, but had no clue where to go next.
-
we came in an started asking questions:
what is your mission?
who are you helping?
how can your audience see the difference you’re making in the community
we worked through their branding, refined their messaging and found clarity on their north star. this allowed them to make big decisions faster, with more confidence that it was bringing them closer to their goals.
next we worked on their content + expanding their reach.
their reels went from barely getting 100 views to exceeding 15k through a content strategy, and video formulas.
-
now they’ve grown their offerings to match their mission.
when I started working with Helen, she shared that she wanted a space for everyone to feel welcomed, cared for and find ways to come together to care for the environment.
what was once a second hand clothing store built on reducing waste in the fashion world has developed into a space where people can not only shop, but also attend mending + sewing classes and workshops, a cafe with a fully vegan menu, and a space where people can connect, have conversations and take action.
it was through our work together that they were able to see the future clearly and make decisions that reflected their vision.
-
“Nula has offered invaluable advice to Green Heart around brand and design, mission statement, audience and target customer, and social media and marketing.
She’s provided useful research and communicated her findings in an engaging and inspiring way. She’s generated great content that has engaged our online customer base.
With a real heart and knowledge of slow fashion, Nula has really helped the team here to take Green Heart to the next level.”
